24 people enjoyed heliskiing at the best range. And skied extra 3, 5 and even 8 ski descents!...

On the 20th of February there was a necessity to drive our celebrated Land Rover "Defender" to the Caucasus for the helicki program service in Arkhyz.

Arkhyz heliski: first impressions

Last weekend three companies – Alpindustria, Vertikalny Mir and HeliAction run the first heliski programs in Arkhyz.
The wind had corrected the snow situation in the region a bit – and during the flights plenty of time was spent in search of the good snow.
All three heliski days the weather was excellent – blue sky and no wind…

Snow situation in Arkhyz

It has been snowing in Arkhyz - during the last 3 days wehave one meter of fresh snow. The week result is now about 2 meters near the hotel we stay.
