Has climbed more than 170 summits including the routes of the highest categories in different mountain regions of the world: in the Caucasus (Ushba, Donguz-Orun, Belalakaya, Erydag, Ullutau), Altay (Belukha), in the Himalayas (Ama-Dablam, Island Peak, Mera Peak), in the Alps (Matterhorn).

An experienced guide in the Elbrus region, witj more that 90 guided Elbrus climbs with the groups.

In the company he deals with arranging and leading trekking and climbing trips all over the world.

A medical assistant with a diploma.

Fond of photography, composing articles about climbing and travels, goes in for sportrock-climbing, mountaineering, ski-touring.

Sergey Romanov

Russian Skit-mountaineering team coach, major ski-mountaineering  instructor, Master of sports in morocross. Took part in the World and European Ski-mountaineering Championships. More than once Prizer in the Russian Championships and stages of the Russian Cup in ski-mountaneering. Tens of climbs to Mt.Elbrus, Mont Blanc, Olympus (Greece), skitouring in the Caucasus, in the Alps. In February 2011 realized his old dream - skitouring 3 summits of more than 4000m high in Africa (Marocco), including the highest Marocco's summit - Mt. Tubkal (4167m).

Fond of  ski-mountaineering, ski-touring, climbing, motosport, biking, trekking. Sergey Romanov is irreplaceable as a guide while climbing Mont Blanc.

Viktor Yanchenko

One of the most experienced guides to Mt.Elbrus.

180 guided Elbrus climbs, trek round Annapurna in Nepal, Demavend climb (Iran). Technical climbs in the Caucasus and in the Middle Asia.

Climbing guide, tourism instructor, paragliging guide, skitour guide, ski instructor, Rescuer. Has passed the avalanche courses, first medical aid lessons. In his spare time takes care of children, goes in for paragliding, hunting on land and underwater, mountain biking, travelling in his car.

Sergey Kambalov

Heliski, mountain guide. Kite/Serf project director on the Bugaz spit (the Black sea coast)

Mountaineering experience for 15 years. Has climbed in the Caucasus, in the Pamirs, Pamiro-Alay, Tyan-Shan. Taken part in the USSR championship, Silver prizer several times.

Mountain guide, ski instructor. Rescuer of the 1st category with wokr in the Dombay Rescue company for 6 years.

An excellent skier, one of the most experienced skiing guides for 10 years in freeride and 8 years in heliski working in the mountains of the Caucasus, Kamchatka, Uzbekistan and Kirghizia.

Has passed 3 stages of the avalanche courses under the leadership od the UIAGM guides Kevin Boekholt and Michael Chatter.

Has guided Elbrus groups.

Seriously deals with kite- and windserfing, leads the project of the Kite/Windserf School on the Bugaz spit (the Black sea coast) near Anapa. Fond of paragliding and motobiking.

Marina Migurskaya

Group Manager of Alpindustria-Terskol.

Climbing experience of 25 years. More than 150 climbs in the Caucasus, in the Pamirs, in Tyan-Shan.

Mountaineering instructor, ski instructor. An experienced guide to Mt.Elbrus - 74 guided groups to the Europeen highest summit.

Has passed the avalanche courses, first medical aid lessons in the mountains.

Chief  manager of the climbing programs in the Caucasus. All questions connected with the Elbrus climb are realized by the Terskol office.

An experienced manager and a serious sportswoman.

In her spare time takes care of 2 children. Fond of travelling.

Daniil Timofeev

Guide with 15 years of experience in mountaineering.
Over 200 climbs. An experitnced Elbrus guide with more than 80 climns guiding Elbrus groups.
Has passed the avalanche courses, Rescue courses, first medical aid lessons,
A good cook while in the mountains - a rare feature for a guide - not only for himself nut also for the people round him...
An excellent skier. Busy as a skimaster in wintertime he goes in for freeride and skitouring. In summertime takes part in mountain bike contests in Downhill and Crosscountry disciplines.

Sergey Fursov

Guide with 11 years experience in mountameering.
An excellent skier, a ski instructor. Has been working as a freeride and skitour guide for 5 years and 4 years as a heliski guide.
Has climbed more than 150 summits in the Caucasus, about 30 in them were extremely difficult. An experianced guide to Mt.Elbrus - more than 80 times he guided the Elbrus groups.
Has passed the avalanche courses, Rescue courses, first medical aid lessons.
With the lack of extreme sitiations at work Sergey os fond of rock-climbing, kiteboarding, skydibing and takes part in the Elbrus Race. In 2008 and 2009 became the Elbrus Race Champion.

Victoria Voroshilova
